Prize Giving

We had our Prize Giving celebration today. We had it outside because we had to social distance. The celebration was live streamed so our families could share this special occassion with us. It was a beautiful sunny day. Lots of children got awards for their hard work and efforts in their learning. Then we went onto the stage and sang a song for the school and our parents. It has been a fantastic year and everyone is so proud of us! Later that day, the teachers decided to have our own little celebration so that they could shake our hands and give us our awards.

Caylee and  Genevieve are digging a

 hole to plant the flower.

Monaro and Aroha had no problem wearing gloves. 

They got tools ready for planting.

It was really exciting.

We planted some beautiful flowers.

It wasn't tricky for me to put the gloves on.

Mr. Shaw watered our garden for us because plants 

need water and sunlight to grow.

 I like completing maths tasks on my iPad.

We love reading

 Today we got to choose two books to take home and read. We were so excited and are so very thankful to get these books. We love the stories and pictures in these books.

Pineapple Craft

 I like the sunglasses on my pineapple. It looks cool.
